The birth of "Sales Technicians"

In the early days of Genesis, our CEO during a consultation call had heard from an installer that they waited over an HOUR for technical support while on a job site. From that very conversation, a new company role was born:

Sales Technicians.

No installer EVER should have to wait on the phone for over an hour while on the job, to then FINALLY get ahold of the manufacturer's one of two tech support staff. We solved this common issue by hiring an army of sales representatives that are extensively trained as technicians as well, so when we consolidated the role, we named them Sales Technicians. The same expert diagnosing your problem, can order your solution for you.

Each client of ours is assigned a dedicated Sales Technician upon their order- they'll know your job from the beginning. And if they aren't the right fit for you, just ask for a new one,

Built from years of late nights, hundreds of early meetings, thousands of hours of phone calls, and endless beta testing but with sight of ONE goal- Build the most reliable, secure, and technologically advanced perimeter entry system on the planet.

We live in the information age, yet perimeter security was stuck in the past. We questioned every legacy standard:

Why are gate operators still relying on cuttable, oil-dripping chains that sag while serious security sites demand rack? Shouldn't this level of security be for everyone?
Why are housings built with heavy, signal-blocking metals or cheap UV-fading plastics instead of advanced engineered composites?
Why shouldn't ALL operators (including light commercial units) come standard with continuous-duty brushless motors and a built-in Wiegand port for access controls?
Why do manufacturers use junction boxes instead of a safer RCBO breaker that protects the installer and the control board?
