Brushless motors in ALL of our units
Most manufacturers will use a brushed motor for their commercial model. With our motors tested for 1M+ open/close cycles, we aren't built to break.
Extreme-weather rated oil
Operators that need a heater were engineered lazy. Our proprietary oil works synergetically with our insulated cover box to ensure flawless operation, no matter the condition.

Because Genesis was built on asking the installer- not assuming. For those tired of losing the job's keys, or hassling to find them, or even the opportunity of an intruder buying the same exact ones online- we use proprietary security screws, and you can carry the driver on your duty belt or in your toolbox.
